Position Summary: Positions are currently available to measure epigenetic changes that occur in intestinal development and disease, during response to dietary changes (Vitamin D), and during the oncogenic progression of colorectal cancer. The projects will employ mouse models, organoid cultures, metabolomics and epigenomic (ChIP-seq) methodologies. Postdocs are encouraged to take any developed projects with them as their careers progress. Minimum Education and Experience: PhD, proven ability to publish research projects Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: PhD, proven ability to publish research projects Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must lift and move up to 30 pounds Must operate and maintain sophisticated equipment.
