 Lecturer - College of Natural Resources The Rausser College of Natural Resources (CNR) at the University of California, Berkeley invites applications for a pool of qualified temporary lecturers to teach courses in a wide variety of disciplines, should an opening arise. At CNR, we study natural and human systems from biological, ecological, economic, and social science perspectives. With more than 120 faculty and approximately 1,800 undergraduate and 500 graduate students, we engage the issues that shape the complex, interconnected world of the 21st century, from sustainable systems to obesity, from water policy to energy policy, and from the far-reaching impacts of climate change to the linkages between the human genome, diet, and disease. Further information about CNR can be found at http://cnr.berkeley.edu Potential course topics may include those mentioned above and/or natural resource management; environmental economics; climate change and energy; strategic planning and project management; innovation, product development and marketing; law, politics and policymaking; community driven development; public health. General Duties: In addition to teaching responsibilities, general duties include holding office hours, assigning grades, advising students, preparing course materials (e.g. syllabus), and maintaining a course website.
